You'll be thrown straight in at the deep end of retailing but you won't be left to 'sink-or-swim', there is a full support system in place.

You'll start in store and be managing one within weeks applying your leadership skills, commercial awareness, technical and management ability directly. And when you're ready, we'll give you a multi-million pound area of 3 to 5 stores to run as if you owned it.

Induction:
spend two weeks understanding the role with an experienced colleague.

Regional Office training:
get to grips with the support operations our store network needs. Accounts, trading and vital business administration issues will be covered.

Logistics department:
you'll be the key link between Logistics and Operations... so you need to understand both sides inside out.

Area Manager training:
this will be your bread and butter... running a portfolio of stores, developing teams and leading them to exceptional levels of performance.
